If shipped (i.e., not delivered by our staff) please be aware that it will likely be shipped unassembled, in cartons. Carefully unpack the cartons and ensure all needed materials called for in the assembly instructions are located. It is advisable to keep the packaging until you are finished and satisfied with the assembled product (as you may have inadvertently left a component in a carton). Pay careful attention to the assembly instructions, including the selection of exact and correct hardware and/or proper tools for each step of the process.
