Premium Aluminum

Aluminum is one of the few metals that can be used to produce outdoor furniture, which requires resistance to natural elements, such as sunlight, rain, and air-borne contaminants.

Only the finest commercial grade of extruded aluminum tubes and strips are used to construct Patio Renaissance furniture frames. On some items with longer spans or destined for commercial use, such as contract chaises, double or even triple gauge tubes are used to reinforce the structure.

The production process is done entirely in-house. Patio Renaissance has a dedicated team of workers that do everything from bending and stamping the raw aluminum tubes to carefully welding the frames together and applying a finish. They also contract another factory in close proximity for the aluminum casting process.The close proximity of this factory gives Patio Renaissance a level of oversight in its production ensuring a quality product.

Finest Quality Resin Weave

Patio Renaissance outdoor furniture wicker is made of the finest quality virgin polyethylene pellets. Synthetic wicker products are already more durable than natural wicker but Patio Renaissance takes it a step farther by adding UV stabilizers and anti-aging compounds to their weave for increased protection from the elements.  Using artificial wicker also gives greater flexibility with color and textures.  All of Patio Renaissance's weaves are made in a high heat extrusion process which allows them to pick and choose from different color dyes and texture finishes leading to innovative and beautiful products.  

All of the weaving is done in-house by hand. The materials need to be applied by hand which requires great skill and is extremely time-consuming. At the end of each step, all products are inspected for uniformity and defects to provide the end user with the highest quality product possible.

Please Note: We can ship Patio Renaissance furniture nearly anywhere in the USA.  If shipped (not delivered by our staff) please be aware that the furniture will likely be shipped unassembled, in cartons.  Carefully unpack the cartons and insure all needed materials called for in the assembly instructions are located. It is advisable to keep the cartoning until you are finished and satisfied with the assembled product (as you may have inadvertently left a component in a carton).  Pay careful attention to the assembly instructions, including the selection of exact and correct hardware and/or proper tools for each step of the process.  Some items require more assembly than others, and you may want to have at least another person there to assist you, since some parts are heavy, and easier to handle with two able-bodied people on hand.
