We have taken every measure to make shopping for quality furniture the best option of any online or offline retailer.  Items with a Free Shipping banner are shipped without additional charges.  Typically, orders for $3000 or more will qualify for Free Shipping.

Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal, and we are proud to offer the most convenient and flexible return and exchange policy in the industry. Should you not be completely satisfied with your new furniture purchase, you may return the furniture within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Product Warranties

We warrant that the merchandise you purchase from Rocky Mountain Patio Furniture will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to you as the original purchaser only, and only to merchandise that has remained at the original delivery site. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the furniture and you need to process a claim, we require written notice of the defect within one year of the original date of delivery.  Many of our manufacturers offer longer warranties and we are always happy to facilitate warranty claims with the Manufacturers of furniture that we have sold.  Additional details are available if you will please contact us giving us the furniture manufacturer's name, the type of furniture, and the product name, as best you can.

Track Your On-line Order

As soon as your on-line order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your order. We encourage you to track your order online or by phone with the specified carrier. Our Home Delivery partners may provide an estimated delivery date, however these dates are not guaranteed. The carriers typically will phone a day in advance to schedule a delivery appointment window.  Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.  Typically, our deliveries are curbside deliveries, and you will have to have able-bodied folks available to check the delivered items for shipping damage at the time of delivery, to do further unboxing, and to move the product to the final location.
